More letters have been published on the Tibet issue by the Hindu. Today the ratio is 3:1 (3 in favor of the Chinese government and one at the very end somewhat leaning against Chinese policy). One of them is by R.Ramakumar from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences who is a committed CPI(M) activist. I am not sure of the other two (is Shweta Shetty the singer from Mumbai? I wonder). So much for the balance the Readers' Editor talked about.
