'Accidental' Murder

Check this out. I wondered what the headline meant - 'Murder not deliberate'. Eh? If it is not deliberate, it is not murder. Period.

You are right - manslaughter or culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Their chief editor perhaps only edits major news items leaving the smaller ones to his minions.; November 19, 2008 8:11 PM
