Fwd: China faces growing labour disputes

Here is something that comrade Chindu would want to report:

"China faces growing labour disputes".

Admitting that some Chinese companies are infringing upon the rights
of workers and the number of "mass incidents" involving labour
disputes have risen consequently, chairman of the Law Committee of the
National People's Congress, China's parliament, Yang Jingyu said,
"China has witnessed a rising number of "mass incidents" triggered by
labour disputes in the past 12 years."

Here is something our VERY SECULAR Chindu would love to report:

"Over 100 foreign missionaries expelled by Chinese Government Secret Campaign".

According to reliable China Aid sources and collaborated reports by at least five different mission agencies, over 100 foreigners accused of being involved in illegal religious activities in China have been expelled or deported this year between April and June. Sources inside the Chinese government informed CAA that the Chinese government launched a massive expulsion campaign of foreign Christians, encoded Typhoon No. 5, in February 2007. This campaign is believed to be part of the "anti-infiltration" efforts to prevent foreign Christians from engaging in mission activities before the Beijing Olympics next year.

The Chinese government refuses to recognize foreign missionary status in China so many missionaries choose to work in the education or business sectors as ways to stay in China.

The faithful dog that is Chindu, dutifully reports on the Goonda brigade of its master, in the guise of News Analysis:

"The PLA turns 80 today"

Pallavi Aiyar

And we are reminded: "The PLA celebrates its birthday today, August 1."

-Chindu could as well have added a line or two about the Chinese aggression on our soil in 1962 and the forceful occupation of our territory.
