Coming from the prophet of secularism, who does not hand out awards that easily except to confirmed "secularists", this is indeed a great praise earned at such a young age.
And the logical next move would be to talk about Gujarat pogrom (and attack Modi) and the secular leader would be catapulted to further heights of secular glory by Chindu.
