The current CJI seems to be a typical Marxist who is pro-active on reservations but turns a blind eye to reservations exceeding 50%, which the SC always opposed.

He has been against extending the creamy layer to SC/STs but I am not aware of his having expressed a desire to extend quotas beyond 50%.
Wonder if this would get any coverage on Chindu. LiC would be seething at the NHRC and probably cast them as sell outs.

it will be good to remember now all the circus enacted for one Binayak Sen. Thankfully for all law abiding citizens of India who do not intend to either convert or kill anyone else who does not believe in their faiths, this guy is still in jail.
