Did Sena lose Maharashtra municipal elections?

Sena celebrates despite some losses

The Shiv Sena-BJP alliance has lost a large number of the seats it won in the last election

I was left wondering if Sena actually won or lost in the municipal elections. The article only lists the failures of Sena and BJP and completely ignores the fact that it has emerged as the victor.

Thankfully, there are other newspapers out there. I found a more balanced report on rediff.
