Neena Vyas's anonymous sources

Those anonymous sources once again.

The Hindu : National : Court rejection embarrasses BJP
Many senior BJP leaders who do not want to be quoted admit that this kind of campaign has become counter-productive.

Now for some fodder (in two parts) from adopted-parent sources.

See how proud is Chindu of China's occupation of the great "autonomous region of Tibet".

Tibet in the time of high economic growth

By N. Ram

http://www.hindu.com/2007/07/03/stories/2007070351331100.htm

and how Chindu delights in berating the Dalai Lama-

The politics of Tibet: a 2007 reality check

N. Ram

Perhaps, in its heart of hearts Chindu is secretly craving for such a "beninb" commie rule on our Desh!?

And here is a comment from a concerned reader in another forum:

"Ram has a front page article in the Hindu today that does a hatchet job for the chinese on tibet. think it would be interesting to discuss that article here.

Such unabashed enthusiasm for the cause of a foreign country, that too one that has no benign intentions towards India is scary."

i found those articles by n.ram on tibet disgusting. i wanted to dissect them but was short of time. that is real propaganda material. you can see n.ram espousing "one china" more seriously than china. that "more christian than the pope" attitude.

I am catching up with The Chindu after sometime, so answering this question late:

"The Chindu in turn knows it is not getting any popular. The question remains, why is it getting more belligerent"

1. N.Ram is a Marxist fanatic, and fanatics do not possess rationality.

2. The greater the opposition fanatics face, the more belligerent they become.

But is the Chindu turning profitable? I remember reading India Today that it suffered 5 crore loss few yrs back. Interestingly Chinese Ambassador gave the Christmas Tsunami help check to Chindu only but not any other paper or group.
